I also only shoot in the manual setting, which is a lot more work but gives me more control over the photos. If you do end up buying a DSLR camera, I would highly recommend that you take a photo class to learn how to shoot in the manual setting. I have...I'm glad to read that you liked Venice! I haven't been but know plenty of people who have and the consensus is that they either love it or hate it. I felt the same way about Bruges-it is overrun with daytrips but at night, it's definitely its most magical. <br /><br />I've been meaning to ask before, but what camera do you have? Your pictures have such good clarity to them and I am looking to upgrade cameras this year :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
